This website is operated by Mevrouw Bussink, Chamber of Commerce number 34303610.

I take care with personal data and process it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

What I collect.

When you contact me by email, I receive your name, email address, any other details you choose to provide, and the content of your message.

When you commission work, I also process the details needed to invoice you, such as billing address and VAT number.

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. It uses no analytics and places no tracking cookies. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes standard technical data such as IP address and browser type.

Why I use it.

Contact details are used to answer enquiries, carry out assignments, and send and administer invoices. Technical data is used only to keep the website working and secure.

How long I keep it.

Correspondence is kept for as long as it is relevant to our contact. Invoices and the accompanying administration are kept for seven years, as Dutch tax law requires.

Who else sees it.

Your data is not sold or shared for commercial purposes. It is shared only with parties necessary to run my practice, namely my hosting provider Cloudflare, my email provider, and my accountant for invoicing purposes. Film material entrusted to me for a consultation is never shared with anyone.

Your rights.

You may ask to see the data I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to its processing. Write to astridbussink@gmail.com and I will respond within four weeks. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Cookies.

This website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings; the website works without them.
